"This property was exactly as advertised. Keys were on the door awaiting for us as we arrived and we walked into the apartment to receive some much needed AC. Everything is exactly as the photos show. All appliances are in working order with a huge fridge for everything you need. The dogs are indeed friendly and they really do take any chance to run out so make sure to close the gate. By the way, duck when walking out. "The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. "I arrived around 10:00 AM, but since my check-in time was 4:00 PM, I was delighted to find that my sister was living literally next door. So, I was able to hang out with her until check-in time. The location was very quiet and convenient, a short distance from the city. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and I had a very enjoyable stay. "There were 5 of us requiring 4 bedrooms so the Bacolet Villa was perfect. The house is spacious with a fabulous outside area where we spent most of our time. The kids with us loved the pool and were happy to have a large TV. Dining at Cafe Havana was convenient and has a very good menu. Property management was excellent and quickly responded to the small glitches that occurred. Overall , a good place to stay ."
