"We had a great stay. The only thing we found a little difficult was trying to find the building within the complex as there are so many. Otherwise parking was close by, good selection of shops and places to eat near by. It’s a very quiet area."

"Excellent property, spacious and located in a great area to walk to so much. Only issue was no AC, which was expected, but not enough fans. The property could use ceiling fans or more portable fans as it was very warm during the day and bery warm on a few evenings. "

We stayed during Christmas Market and it was a good base to pop back to when we needed to off load shopping or have a rest. "Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. "Very roomy flat , clean and tidy with all the amenities you would wish for. Good location with car park nearby and plethora of restaurants nearby. Make sure you ask for car park discount card. On the downside three seater settee for four person accommodation, dripping tap in hall bathroom . But on the whole really good place and would stay there again."

A refuge in a storm

"I booked into the Clayton at Bristol because I couldn't get back to Wales due to Storm Darragh. It was a delight to stay there after a stressful day. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food, friendly and efficient service. As a sole female traveller, I never felt uncomfortable. I slept well, felt refreshed in the morning and was able to continue my onward journey with calm."

"Well managed by Vas although it's clear he has his hands full leading some of his newer team members. We are staying for 11 days due to family illness and Vas in particular has been so very helpful. Great to have the service area on the doorstep; has made it easy to source provisions when needed, and there is a washing machine / tumble dryer bank in the service area which is very handy. "
