"When we arrived, the check-in process was communicated to us and was so easy to follow. The host actually came and met us shortly after we checked in and he made us feel right "at home". The home was perfect for us, as we had family coming from several locations, and there was enough parking for our families 5 vehicles. "The property is as it appears in the pictures, nothing atrocious is hidden like with other rentals I have paid for. The kayaks were enjoyed by all, even in the chilly October weather. The piano (a really nice keyboard), pool table, and dart board were utilized every day, several times a day. Overall, it was exactly what I was expecting to get."

"We enjoyed a long weekend stay at this nicely appointed, comfortable home as we explored the area. Large wooded lot with privacy in a very central location with easy access to Crosslake and other Brainerd Lakes locations. Well appointed kitchen and enjoyed relaxing on the screen porch. The dining room table is huge with a great view of the lake. The living room had plenty of seating for everyone, which was great for gathering and playing games. "Beautiful lakeshore property with great views of the lake from many of the rooms and bedrooms. Our family of 14 people had plenty of space to spread out. Two primary suites, bunk room for the grandkids and 3 other bedrooms provided each couple some private space and quiet sleeping. Kitchen well appointed with amazing prep and serving countertops. Lower level hangout space large enough for our group. Only tricky thing was locking/ unlocking the entry doors— had to adjust handle while locking....

"Property is well appointed, clean, modern relaxing. We came for a Fall getaway and enjoyed hiking and the peaceful surroundings! We had really good dining experiences at Common Grounds and Deerhaven! Really appreciate the extra towels, hooks, fans, bedside lamps and minimalist decor. The house felt cozy and edited at the same time. There is plenty of seating and room inside and out to hang together or spread out. Definitely recommend and will be back with friends/family in tow."
