"Very centrally located in the Back Bay for both the T and bus service. Close to many of the major tourist spots - including Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, MFA, Boston Public Library (it’s literally across the street), the Freedom Trail, and more. Amazing views of the city from the upper floors and as always, incredible beds. "

"I’ll start with the bad- laying in bed getting ready for bed and a mouse goes running across the floor. I notified front desk and was moved to another room. The good- the staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and is centrally located to a lot of amenities. "

"The on site restaurant was consistently closed for private events. Staff was friendly enough, but only if I engaged first. Area has lots of shopping and food options, some though are very pricey, so be sure to do your research before you go! Room was fairly standard, clean and comfortable. "
