"This resort was amazing, definitely a highlight of our trip. Sitting by the pool and having complimentary tea, free yoga, staff was really friendly. Pools are big enough to swim laps. Walking distance to a coffee shop (left). 10 min ride from Canggu beach. Staff was really helpful. Free water as well which is important since you cannot drink non bottled water"

"The property is poorly managed and maintained. The room is dirty. All towels and cups have many dirty spots. The lock on the door as well as many lights in the room have broken. No one came to fix them even after repeated requests. Very bad experience and we never would return there."

"The house is a reasonable size for a big family. The staffs are very helpful. But the location is really something that the guests better to rent a car for a better movement. Especially that the online taxis are not allowed to come to this area, and also can be difficult to find at night time."

"Unable to contact host at check-in, we waited for more than an hour outside the villa. Despite informing that we would be arriving at 9pm, host was nowhere to be found and despite calling multiple times we were unable to get in touch with the reception. Villa condition seemed alright but rooms were extremely dusty and bedsheets had not been changed prior to our visit - dead insects and stains on sheets. Very poor and would not recommend."

"Pros - The villa itself was lovely. It looks just like the pictures and the garden and pool are beautiful. The rooms were all spacious with comfy beds and good quality fans and air con. A member of staff is on site for 24 hours a day. Cons - No wifi, despite it being specified in the features. Two of the showers were faulty, so just sprayed water everywhere, and one sink didn't work at all. It is three bathrooms and then one toilet off the kitchen, not four en-suites as advertised. The...
