"We always like staying here. The beds a comfortable and the staff is very friendly. It’s easy walking to anywhere downtown. We liked the pool and hot tub but wish the hotel would let us use it earlier than 9:00 am and the towels are very thin but otherwise we really like staying there. "

"Really nice place to stay while visiting Durango. Not a lot to do right around the hotel unfortunately, but the river walk is really close. If you’re looking to be able to walk to restaurants or shopping, you probably want to be more in downtown. The hotel is nice though. Quiet and very dog friendly. Lots of places to walk around the property or join up to the walking trails along the Animas River. Staff is very nice and continental breakfast was good."

"Everything was good except they didn’t do the housekeeping on the second day of our stay even after we asked for it. The front desk said that it got too busy."

"The walls are so thin and poorly insulated that you can hear the folks next door breathing. Toilet is not full size and very shallow i wont be staying here again and shall give this to my community friends in Durango"

"Was everything we expected and more. Great location and the river was absolutely amazing. Such a perfect get away to enjoy the mountains and nature. Proposed to my now fiancé along side the river there and it was magical! Couldn’t recommend this place more. "
