"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"The Grand Dame shows its age but the property is very well located among the highest homes on the hill side providing for excellent views of the mountains, lake, nearby castle and Annecy in the distance. "The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. Das Haus bietet jede Menge Komfort , mehrere Terrassen, Pool und Sauna schöne Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder jeweils mit separatem WC. Durch die grossen Schiebefenster ist die offene Küche mit Ess- und Wohnbereich lichtdurchflutet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Dieses Traumhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!"
