"The place was spacious and clean, the host greeted us at the entrance and walked through the property. It was cold and the property was not heated, we were told it should warm up in about 30 minutes. When we came back to the property a few hours later it was cold with no heat. My kid had to sleep dressed in a hat. The host said we should have turned on a "button" that we didn't know about. "
