"We loved our stay! There were several activities for the kids including a trampoline, play ground, and games room. It’s right next to a gorgeous beach. We had a bbq area right outside our room which was great. Our cabin was small but had everything we needed. Would definitely love to come back!"

"Lovely fruit trees and orchard propertie Very nice wild flowers The house is run down condition The hot tub had NO water in it and had not been going for a while as had broken furniture in it The 2 x farm dogs that live outside on the propertie walk around the house barking at night We feel the add for the home stay and what reality was is dishonest. "This is a lovely property in a prime location. All units have beachfront outlooks through the branches of an ancient pohutukawa. The managers were extremely hospitable and helpful. They even shared produce from their garden. The sheets and towels were high quality and the cleanliness was of a high standard. Would definitely recommend "

"We needed a local room while building work was going at our place. This was local. Check in was friendly and we were offered a selection of rooms, which was nice. We needed somewhere quiet. Unfortunately someone later took the room next door and played music all night til 3am and the walls are pretty thin. The shower was good, decent kitchen, tidy overall. Bed was pretty tragic, so a rough nights sleep but not all the Lodge's fault. I would probably give them another try if I had to."
