"The apartment I stayed at was not looking like the photos, its a bit outdated. But they have great service, excelent restaurants and location. Amazing view"

"The residence sides was an incredible opportunity for our family to enjoy a nice spacious room at our favorite hotel in Miami Beach. At first when I reserved I did not realize it was a vacation rental and was hesitant, but after speaking with management of the condo I was assured all was well. "Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay...."

"I usually never leave a negative feedback but someone forgot to mention that the train runs less than 50feet away over the apartment every 7-10 minutes and it is the loudest train ever . i GOT NO SLEEP if someone have had mention this before i would have never stayed there "

"The apartment was exactly as described. It worked perfectly for my family. Accommodations and the communication with the rental folks were great. I loved that they had a pool and I could do our laundry on-site. The complex does need to buy better tennis equipment though. Overall, a great experience."
