"This is a budget accommodation where for a reasonable price you can get a room with private bathroom; therefore, expect a far from spotless decoration, wonky bits and dodgy appliances. "The place was great, clean, friendly staff. They offered a full and delicious breakfast. Our room was clean and nice but small - still it was great. Access to downtown was a short walk. Close to the metro (1km) which takes you to the airport. Car rental is nearby. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for your trip."

"Isabella was great! She was able to check us in early on arrival, helped carry the bags to our room, helped schedule our train to another city, arranged our tuk tuk tour, and provided any and all information we needed to enjoy Lisbon. The building was close to everything we wanted to do. While there were a lot of stairs, it never seemed to bother us even after long days of exploring by foot. "The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"I have mobility issues and since our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator a young female staff carried our bags to our room. Service above and beyond. Manager Pedro was also very welcoming."

"This place cares about their guests. I had a minor issue and Andre took the time to write to me and have a partner fix it. Across the street from Parque metro station. The french doors in room 1,2, and 3 (facing the street) totally cut the noise. "

"The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. I had a very early departure from the hotel (3:30 AM). She proactively offered to help me with transportion arrangements, a wake up call (from a real live human being -- they still have those in Portugal!) and a packaged breakfast to go. "

"I love the hotel too bad I couldn’t explore around neighborhood because my flight was early in the morning and I didn’t see anything but anyway your girls at the front desk are beautiful. I love that they sspeak English. I was communicating with them. They are really pleasure to talk to and work with"

"I loved staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Lisbon. The room was beautiful with great amenities, however it was missing body lotion (it had great shampoo, conditioner, body wash) The room was an interesting layout that was not shown in any photos online, so I would suggest showing the layout as the bathroom is not in a separate room so would be good to show that incase it puts anyone off. "
