"For a Christmas stay was awesome as every room had decorations. For people that like games game room was perfect with assortment ie air hockey, bowling machine, pool table and assorted board games. Assorted tv screens and sitting areas throughout home as well as assortrd outdoor sitting areas. Could tell would be jist as awsome in summer with wonderful dock on the water."

"Only complaint were the couches, covers kept falling off and I think you need more seats for the number of people that the house holds. Additionally the dining room table seats were not sturdy. Therefore we were afraid to use it."

"This place is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Cleveland while still being a short drive to the main roads where all of the stores and restaurants are (and I-75). The hosts were gracious and helpful. As the owner points out, the entry stairs are steep and narrow. He is not kidding, but we were able to navigate them. Just be aware that for some these might be a challenge if you have heavy suitcases. Even with these stairs, we would stay here again when we come back into town."

Not only is the home very historical but it also has a lot of modern features which everyone loved. "We’ve stayed at this property the last two years to ring in the New Year at Winter Ramp located at OCI. Jim has been a great host and has offered his property at a fair price. The two highlights this year were the Walmart grocery delivery in less than an hour and Jim coming to the rescue, within a few hours, when one of the shower drains was unexpectedly clogged.
