"This motel is very basic and the condition was okay but somewhat shabby. The building looked a little worn down. It met our needs overall but wasnā€™t particularly memorable. The property could benefit from a deep clean, some general maintenance handiwork and a fresh coat of paint. "

"I stayed here with a bunch of 30 something women for a quiet bachelorette. The fall foliage was jaw-dropping. The house was immaculate. It has many places to have quiet conversation, but also large, open spaces for a crowd. I canā€™t recommend this place enough!"

"We had an excellent stay, went skiing at Butternut, tubing at Bousquet, and celebrated New Years at the house. Tons for the kids to do, well stocked kitchen (no condiments tho so bring your own ketchup, etc). Home owner was very responsive. Would definitely book again. "

Owners seem to spend much time at the house and generously make available key provisions. Hikes in a state forest begin at the end of the driveway. Berkshires attractions all within easy reach."
