"Tiny Medlock was a sweet refuge from the chaos and devastation of Hurricane Helene. Being able to do yoga on the front porch, walk in the neighborhood, and access easy grocery and other supplies helped tremendously, as Tiny Medlock is in a quiet neighborhood that is also centrally located. When I was able to get back to Asheville, and check on my home and family, my host was kind and amenable to my shortened visit. Thank you, Nena!"

Rented for a work / personal trip, the property owner was virtually impossible to get in touch with and there was a tenant in the connecting property that was unaware there was a guest coming in and seemed unfriendly / wary of anyone else being on the property. Needed internet access to work, and there was no internet / WiFi - again the VRBO owner was completely unreachable and never responded."

"My daughter and her dog stayed at this property for an extended time for an internship in Atlanta. We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. The property was clean, quiet, and within walking distance of many restaurants and Piedmont Park. There were spaces available surrounding the area for her to take her dog out. "My stay was brief. The house/building was very very nice. I may have seen one other person in passing. The directions were very clear which I totally appreciate because my dyslexia sometimes slows me down. The room I stayed in was sooo cute! There were towels waiting for me on the edge of my bed. There was a small desk, a lamp, blinds so I could get some extra lighting. Rules for how to conduct yourself as well as clear instructions on how to clean after yourself as this is a shared space...

"Tucked in a nice quite area. Used door dash fast delivery. Comfy bed, huge tv, could use a few plug ins for an added comfort to the home. "

"The carriage house far exceeded our expectations. The home was even lovelier than the pictures. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was even an extra pillow top cover for the fold out couch, making it very nice to sleep on (a previous review mentioned it being uncomfortable and it sounds like the owners made this change).
