The parking is very expensive and the space is very limited so that is the downside. "Well, I was glad I didn't go by the reviews I saw before booking a room at InnTown Suite. I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. "

"If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. Roaches are so bad . The room was not cleaned before hand. Upon entry, I noticed dead roaches. No microwave. Don't do accommodate you with toilet paper or anything else you might need. & Lastly the customer service is horrible. The manager in training was very rude and went out of his way to give me a horrible room. Do NOT STAY HERE!!!!"

"Complete scam. From the moment of booking, I was harassed via text, email, and phone call for additional money over and above the booking amount. Hotels.com confirmed my reservation was paid for and reserved, but it was canceled within an hour of check in time and we were left scrambling to find a place to stay with two children. Absolute nightmare. Unable to actually reach anyone at the phone number. Fairly certain it was a scam from the beginning. Still awaiting a refund."

"It was big, spacious, modern. Good value. There were issues with simple stuff though, that there really shouldn’t have been. There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands. I didn’t know I had to bring my own soup??? I could have, or just brought the soap the other hotels provided to this...
