"We were greeted by Cathy on the front desk. She is high energy and so friendly. Mike the bartender was great as well as the polite staff at the buffet breakfast. All employees would greet you to make you feel comfortable. Great location to Progressive Park as well as to the waterfront and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. "

"I was in town for a concert, and this was a good location for getting to the stadium. There's a restaurant in the hotel that seemed to have some good options although I didn't end up eating there. I was on a super early flight and got to the hotel at 9 a.m. They went ahead and let me a check in, which I was not expecting. The place is quiet, and you can walk to a CVS. A McDonald's and Burger King are nearby if you need something quick. I felt safe and comfortable there. Customer friendy staff. "
