The place is quiet and peaceful. It worked really well getting to / from campus. "Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay. Highly reccomend!"

"Everything was just as advertised. Great location, comfortable, updated and super clean. Managers are very responsive and accessible. Next to all restaurants and shops. Easy access to several great wineries. Only hiccup is the unit is near downtown (which is great) so a little noisy at night. But noise level goes down after 11 PM, so not a huge deal.. thank you for an amazing stay!"
