"This was probably one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. From start to finish Kristin was a genuine, hospitable host. She welcomed us with wine, cheese and crackers and introduced us to the nuances of the property (this was pretty necessary). She lives on the property but we in no way felt managed or intruded upon. "We used this place to eat and sleep as we needed a respite from sitting at hospice. We overstayed daily as long as possible and appreciated the owner working with us on this. "

"Suited us well: one married couple and one friend, so we took the larger master with bathroom while our friend took the smaller room with a bathroom across the hall. Open plan with large kitchen, dining room, and living room area. Great lighting with ample overheads and skylights. Stayton is a quiet little town, nothing fancy but perfect location to visit Silver Falls, Oregon Gardens, Silverton, Salem, wineries, etc. We discovered a bonus river walk along the Santiam River as well!"
