"Great staff and clean"

"The room had a very odd arrangement with a VERY wide door into the toilet/shower area. The door was right where the most traffic for the room was, so it was rather 'in the way'. (we were in room 411). I had asked for a quiet room, and although the room was rather far down the hall, away from the elevator traffic (which was good), the window also faced the busy street, so there was quite a bit of noise from the street... maybe the young clerk didn't take that into consideration when selecting a 'quiet room'.... But since it was just for an overnight, it wasn't a big deal. Luckily the hum from the heater/A/C was enough to drown out any of the street noise...."

"My fiance & I really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Inn while we were there. In the evenings the front desk always had the fireplace going & served cookies at the front desk. Breakfast was included in our stay, which was offered at the beautiful dining area off the main lobby. It consisted of potatoes, eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles & more! The staff was always so friendly & helpful. The housekeeping service did a great job making sure our room was clean & fresh with new linens & towels. The pool, hot tub and fitness room were a great addition, as well as laundry facilities. The hotel was a convenient walk across the street to Denny's restaurant/bar, which was great for dinner & drinks. I definitely would recommend this hotel, worth every penny. "

"My fiance & I needed to find a place to stay for the night. We were tired, and it was late. The night desk attendant was so nice, personable, and very accommodating to both of us, as we needed more pillows for our bed. We stayed in the ADA deluxe room with a king size bed, and a big walk in shower. It was roomy, comfortable, and overnight price was reasonable. "
