"Reasonable place to stay, but definitely need photos to accurately display the unusual stature of add-on areas to home and the bathrooms that are in desperate need of repair and cleaning, particularly the upstairs. With slanted ceiling, the shower curtain was cut and didn’t cover the shower, stay in place, keep water from major overflow to the floor, and had mold all over them. "The home was immaculate! Location easy to get to. Lots of added amenities. Only issue was the highway is close and you can hear it at night when trying to sleep - but I am a bit of a light sleeper. Mattresses appeared new. Decor was tasteful. Stairs have the features of an older home; quaint but a little steep. I would stay here again."

"I was surprised how low the beds were to the floor, but I had no problem getting in or out. As an elderly person I do feel a grab bar for stepping in and out of the shower would be very helpful. Glad you had coffee and creamer on site. "

"Contacted the owner for a minor issue and they were there to fix it in a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! "

"We stayed three nights in this nicely updated house in a quiet safe neighborhood in Wichita. The house including the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the Blackstone grill twice and it was in excellent shape. We would have used the backyard more if the weather had been nicer. We used the two primary suites (one upstairs and one downstairs. Perfect for 2 couples. "
