"Our multi-generation , multi-state family recently gathered and stayed at clean and comfortable The House of Blues. Host, Nichole, was welcoming and responsive. The three levels worked well to give the different family units their own space. The younger generations particularly enjoyed the lower level which included comfy TV viewing seating, a sports table, games, and counter/frig for snacks and drinks. "We had a bit of an emergent need at our house, to need somewhere to take the family for the eve. We wanted to have a little more freedom than renting a hotel. It was close enough for us to drive to, quiet area, very cute place! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for our family. The host was great to work with, as I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, he fixed it right away. We were very happy with the short stay!"

"Great place to stay with our friends and family while in town for a bowling tournament. A couple of things could use some repair and the jet tub did not work. Also could have used some extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Took a nice walk to the pond and the kids had fun riding bikes. Also, some extra attention to cleaning would be good with emptying the porch ashtray, spider webs above the basement stairs, vacuuming under the beds, and making sure the grill is ready for use. "We loved this house. The price was great. The inside was nicely done and very comfortable. The backyard was huge with ample seating. The coffee bar was a great touch. Sheets were like butter so much so I had to look at the label and plan on buying some when I get home. They were so easy to converse with. We will be back for sure when we bowl again! "

"The home was immaculate! Location easy to get to. Lots of added amenities. Only issue was the highway is close and you can hear it at night when trying to sleep - but I am a bit of a light sleeper. Mattresses appeared new. Decor was tasteful. Stairs have the features of an older home; quaint but a little steep. I would stay here again."
