"The checkin process was quick and easy. Unfortunately the first room i was put into had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The receptionist was amazing and mortified, she quickly got me into a new clean room. The rest of our stay was quiet and peaceful. "

"I love the continental breakfast that is served, but what I love is how I inadvertently scheduled a stay, but put it for the wrong date, as I was present trying to book a room and inadvertently scheduled the wrong date. When they were contacted by this third party, they cancelled, and returned my money back to the card. That was ADMIRABLE!!!"

"It was Christmas Eve and staff was very helpful, friendly, and festive. Our stay was pleasurable and we felt very comfortable, and safe."

"Outside the Sonesta looked nice, lobby and breakfast area was nice as well. Elevator old and slow. Carpets worn out. My room was decent liked it was a suite with a table and kitchenette. I liked there was a small couch and bed looked nice. Bathroom had chipped toilet seat and ground by sink and tubs stained. Overall it was a nice stay nothing fancy. Breakfast was decent. If some upgrades were made would be nice. Walls are thin so I can hear people walking and talking in the hallway. "
