Everybody that we communicated with was very nice and courteous. They were also attentive. It is very quiet and peaceful. It is nice retreat from the bustling traffic and activity of the greater Dallas area. The cabin was comfortable. "Needed to be in Pilot Point for a wedding and there aren’t many hotel options in the area. This cabin was the perfect solution. Super close to Ray Roberts Lake as well, so I could check out some nice walking trails in my down time. My only critique is that all of the frying pans had non-stick coatings that were really scratched up. So, if you are planning to do your own cooking, consider bringing your own pan. "
