"Was easy to get to from airport. 24hr Denny’s across the street."

"Overall my stay was very good. Only complaint was the shuttle service/van. We got in the night before our flight so went over to the airport to print boarding pass and have dinner. The shuttle van was right on time but it was very old and rickety with cold air coming in around the windows and this was during a cold snap and temperature was below freezing. The van overheats on the way to the airport and has to pullover and a new van sent to pick us up. Then when we are ready for pickup we call and told 20 minutes. Over the next hour we call 2 more times and told 10 to 15 more minutes each time. Needless to say very frustrating and cold waiting for shuttle. Hopefully they have replaced the old shuttle van."

"Hotels.com did not confirm my reservation, and when i called their customer service they said i did not have a room reserved. So i purchased a different hotel on another place. A week befor my stay, i received an email from Hotels.com telling me they are SO looking forward to my stay. Weeken i tried to check in through my phone, the website did not work!!!"

"Just off the frontage road from the airport of terminal A. Very easy to find. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Only thing is it is noisy because it’s right off the expressway but I was tired enough to sleep."
