"My wife, friends, and pups loved our stay at this mountain getaway. It's in a great section of Jay, NY, and sits smack-center of a large property so you feel hidden away from the neighbors while still having access to the local amenities (walking trails, pavilion, etc). The home has a great layout, and NO spiral staircase like many of these A-frame designs (which our pups appreciated). The hot tub was great for 4 people, and the firepit (and backyard in general) was awesome for stargazing...

The location on the lake was beautiful. Was a little chilly when we went so we couldn’t really enjoy the beach or firepit, but I bet in the summer it would be amazing. "

"It's the cutest cabin at a very nice location. Right next to whiteface mountain and riddled with so many hiking trails. After you check in and you enter the cabin the hosts have this folder filled with so many recommendations on restaurants and trails and attractions which I have used throughout my entire stay. "We had a challenge finding it in a snow storm because google maps was not accurate and there was no sign. But is was definitely worth finding!! The house is beautiful. Cozy but spacious. Location and views amazing. The only thing that was a bit annoying is the trash limitations. Just wish we had known this before hand so we could come prepared.
