"Advertised as sleeps 8, there was only 3 queen beds not enough room for my family od 6 adults and 2 children. We used couch and love seat but there was no extra blanks or pillows. And only a set of 4 for dishes. Adding extra pillows blankets and dishes would make this place perfect! I travel a lot and would rent again. Clean, central location very safe and secure location. I'll would definitely stay again!!"

"The Boat House was a great home for our family trip to East Greenwich! Perfectly located near the historic Main street. The house had plenty of space for our family including a toddler. There is a permanent crib in the master suite area. We were supplied with plenty of linens, blankets and towels. The street is very quiet with a train that frequently passes nearby but is not a bother at all. The kitchen was well stocked. Large laundry room. Large backyard as well. We enjoyed sitting on the porch...

"When we arrived, we were greeted with the housecleaner. We were told untruth of him being unaware of our arrival time. My husband asked his name and was able to show him that he in fact was on the text feed that clearly stated our arrival time. The house inside and out was disgracefully unkept, & dirty with cobwebs throughout the house, windows and screen were filthy as well as all outside furniture which was in such poor disrepair, as well the deck so bad they could not be used.
