"The property was just as listed. Nothing fancy but it was more than adequate. Very dog friendly with a large fenced yard. The host was easy to communicate with. Had zero issues. "

"The home was a comfortable stay. Me and my family enjoy the 2 nights there to enjoy my mother’s birthday. There was an electrical issue which caused a later checkin. But the owner was nice enough to treat me and family out for lunch to entire l enjoy while they fixed the problem. The only thing that were a problem was roaches in the kitchen area. We had to kill roaches during the time of stay. I’ll rate the stay a 7/10"

"I was escaping a hurricane and got all the way to Jacksonville and after midnight which means you can’t reserve anything else same day and the just emails and says sorry it’s over booked and basically no remorse so my family of 5 and one service dog had to be homeless for a couple days while we waited out the storm. Pathetic of a host and poor communication. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for our family! The children really enjoyed having their own space downstairs. We came right after a hurricane and Portoro Beach Rentals were very accommodating and were able to get us in the property. This beach rental has everything you need! We would definitely stay here again."
