"Nice hotel but in bad need of a refurb. Furniture in the room is very dates & worn looking,carpets stink a bit. Outdoor hot tub was cold as was the pool. Bar was great & the band had it rocking. "

"Gleesons is a lovely hotel set in the middle of town. Walkng distance to trains and buses. The staff are all very professional and friendly. Comfortable room. Lovely breakfast. Will definitely stay again "

"Service was fantastic! Everyone was very inviting and friendly. We stayed at the castle Dec 30th. Vivian at the front desk was great, she took our families on a ghost tour throughout the castle. The bartender, wait staff and overnight porter were great as well!"

"Just the most dingy place to stay at such an outrageous price! Maybe if it was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad but at the price it’s ridiculous! The showers would only work when the hot tap was also running, one shower door was loose and fell off, not to mention the the mold and peeling paint. Just not worth it, spent the extra and stay in a hotel "
