"Stay was really good apart from an issue with our meal We were given only 1 option set menu and were told we had 12 minutes to order even though we had booked a table and was there on time We wanted to see the a la carts menu but this was never offered "

"Room was very small. No free coffee or breakfast. (Except for instant). No air conditioning. Just ok. Traffic if horrific outside hotel also. "

"Our hotel room was very clean and the property was nice. We had a small view of the river from our room. The mattress in our room was uncomfortable - the springs felt as if they were protruding through and our pillows were extremely flat. We didn’t sleep well, but everything else was lovely and the staff were accommodating and friendly."
