"We loved this property. We have family in DeLand, and this was the perfect place for our needs. We were just minutes from family, and downtown DeLand. We also visited Blue Springs to see the manatees, which was on my bucket list! The view was beautiful, I enjoyed watching the water birds on the lake as I drank my coffee each morning. The space is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the kitchen is probably the most well stocked kitchen we've ever seen! We hope to be able to stay here...

"Place had everything you need. Plenty of sleeping places for everyone. All the kitchen gadgets/equipments plus seasoning. Games for kids and snack and coffee/water provided. Water got nice and HOT for everyone to shower. Person to contact was quick to reply and tried to be helpful as much as possible. But the place needs some fixing up. We couldnt get the TV to work. Sound will be coming out but no visual. One shower was down (master bedroom) due to slow drainage and caused flooding in bathroom....

"Our first time to the area, heard so much about Deleon Springs. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. Met our host Garrett on first night, had a very pleasant and informative conversation and learned so much about the area, the Springs and the local town. Deland is definitely a hidden gem with so many shops and unique restaurants. Went to the Springs the next day using our bikes and the host-provided park-pass and swam around in the chilly, but very clear, Spring. Was hoping to...

"Exactly as listed, and very convenient. The house is configured to allow for a very comfortable stay, with the multiple bedrooms, large living area and well stocked kitchen. Additional amenities such as a pool, hot tub with TV, and easy access to the downtown Deland area make this a very flexible location."

"Josh’s house had everything we needed and more! Perfect place for two families or for adults and older kids to have their own space. There was enough on the property to keep several kids from the age of 8-18 busy for two days without leaving, and the adults were able to have their own space as well. The house was clean, and super comfortable. Definitely recommend!"
