"Daniel and Rose are wonderful hosts. My time was cut short due to weather so I was bummed to have to leave early. I will definitely rent again when returning to the area. The house is spacious and the art is pretty cool! The pool is private too! Slept like a rock also. Close to everything without being in the hustle of it all. "What a unique experience to enjoy the "Crowned Cottage". It was very charming, cozy, and restful. It is very clean and lots of options to enjoy the outside areas. We had great communication with the owner. The place is very centralized and easy to walk to several places of importance. It is a short drive to downtown but so easy. Highly recommend this as a great base to enjoy the many springs and trails of this area. "

"House was very clean with updated kitchen. Great having a washer and dryer and the place had plenty of towels and blankets. Showers worked great and water was nice and hot (very important feature for us). Ample parking, easy access to town and everything. "Private, lots of space , The fire pit area , with the lights amazing . Everything you could need . Close to the springs . So happy I found this , I will be back . "

"This home worked well for our group. We ended up renting a pontoon boat elsewhere because the one onsite had no bimini top to shade us from the sun, but we thoroughly enjoyed fishing from the dock at the property. Easy access to St. John's River"

"Josh’s house had everything we needed and more! Perfect place for two families or for adults and older kids to have their own space. There was enough on the property to keep several kids from the age of 8-18 busy for two days without leaving, and the adults were able to have their own space as well. The house was clean, and super comfortable. Definitely recommend!"
