"My stay at the Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 was exceptional. I stayed in an Executive Suite which was large, clean, and nicely decorated. I loved the convenience of the Hotel it is located right next door to a nice mall and is within walking distance of many attractions. They don't serve alcohol at any of the restaurants or bars within the Hotel, but they allow you to bring your own which was great for me. My only complaint was that I didn't receive maid service for a day. I believe that was due to the fact that during my stay the Bangkok area received some damages due to the Myanmar earthquake and the entire area including the hotel were evacuated. So I can give them a pass on the over sight. Thanks again Grand Centre Point Terminal 21 I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Thailand! "

Everything was a smooth transition from the check in process, to the transporting of luggage, and even event recommendations from staff. Parry at the front desk assisted me the majority of my stay, she took care of all of my concerns properly, she's outstanding! The staff is very efficient, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely return and recommend this property."
