"The staff were very nice and informative! So friendly! You’d think that being in a different building might be unsafe or inconvenient because the front desk is not there but none of that applied! Felt very safe and they had the QR code to reach the front desk. The only thing is that I couldn’t call room to room (our phones were not compatible) so it’d be nice if there was a phone line within the rooms. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay, I would def go again and recommend this place!...

"I arrive very late at night and had no complications checkin in. Breakfast was really good with a good variety of options. My first time in Paris and everyone was really polite and talk English and Spanish and where nice about it that really helped a lot. Rooms are good and clean. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Over all I would stay there again. It made me feel safe and welcome. "

"The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had a place to store our luggage for early arrival. The room was big and clean. Hotel is in a safe area, close to metro, shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. There was heat and air. No USB plugs so bring your adapter. Breakfast was excellent! I’m still dreaming of those croissants we had!! Highly recommend!"

"Fabulous stay over Valentine's. Great location with fabulous restaurants within easy walk. We stayed in one of the Prestige Rooms on the 5th Floor. Was really quiet and spacious for Paris. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Spa was lovely and nice to have access to hot drinks in the bar area when required. Thank you and will return. "

"The receptionist Gabriela (blond) who greeted us upon our arrival was impatient and argumentative because our rooms were not ready. We returned exhausted after 2 pm and still no rooms ready. They charged us the full amount of a superior room then gave us a comfort room, smaller etc. Gabrielle said there was a 128$ per person per night tourism tax, and couldn't provide a print out of charges. When we finally arrived to the third floor with all our luggage, our room was not ready. So us and all...
