"The location of the house was superb for morning and afternoons on the beach for swimming, relaxing and introducing a toddler to the sea. The house itself was beautifully equipped and comfortable for us all, and the small town perfect for early morning coffee and excellent croissants with a choice of small restaurants for other meals. Great location for exploring the sights of Normandy too."

"This property offer a lot to a vacationer. A lot of Beds and Baths means everyone gets what they need. So many amenities . On street parking was not a problem since it is a dead end street. A few learning curves to handle for someone visiting from another country. Still, it is worth the effort."

"The size and location were good. I had thought that there was private parking but it was actually on the road side. Luckily the road was very quiet. The fittings - furniture, bathroom fittings and kitchen ware - were old and worn. There was lots of crockery but few pieces of cutlery and mugs - unless you wanted chipped or plastic ones. "The house was very modern and new. The room arrangements were good for our group. One bedroom en-suite was on the ground floor which was nice. The house is outside the bustle of Caen but an easy drive to get there. Plus, grocery stores and restaurants were just a few minutes away. Because the area is new there was a lot of road construction with new roads not showing accurately on our GPS. As a result, we had a hard time finding our way in and out of the area during our stay. "Very convenient to all the DDay Beaches close to Arromanches. A nice little house with with everything you need for a holiday except bath towels, washcloths and bath soap. There is parking onsite for your car and there is also a washing machine and clothesline for drying. The communication with the property owner was excellent. I would highly recommend this property if you are traveling to the beaches at Normandy."
