"The location is perfect for skiers and snow boarders. We didn’t have good snow while we were there but still had a fun time being around friends. Erik keeps the place clean and the checkin/checkout process was easy. I would book this place again."

"We had a great time at Oar House. We were surprised that the house was furnished eating and cooking utensils, games, coloring books and crayons and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom. "

"Very cute and cozy place. We arrived to a see a cute Christmas tree and decorations. They left water in the fridge and snacks for us. When we go back to PA in 2025 we will stay there again. Recommendation to the owner would be to use a top sheet on the beds and have extra blankets in each closet. Thank you for the great stay!!!!"

"House was cozy and comfortable. Off-street parking and close to many sites: Penn State, Everett RR, and Horseshoe Curve. Also close to numerous local restaurants: John&George’s, Al’s Tavern and Stone Cellar. Would recommend all three. Overall, nice house and location. Would stay there again."

I needed a property that would be big enough to comfortably house 5 people, and this property was the ideal size from looking at the listing. "We stayed in Canopy Lane for a PSU football game. It was about a 35 minute commute, not bad at all. The home was very clean and Charlene was very responsive. I Highly recommend finding the house in the daylight. Charlene was sweet enough to leave us Staples in the refrigerator and muffins and fruit for our arrival. I highly recommend this home "
