"The service and friendliness was impeccable. We were treated wonderfully. We had a fireplace room that was amazing. It was a cold and rainy weekend and to have a nice warm wood fire burning was a highlight of our visit"

Only issue was that just 1 elevator was working- the other one was out of service so had to wait for quite a a while sometimes to get to my 6th floor room. The location was excellent- very walkable to everything (food, convention center, Charles River Esplanade)"
