"This is a super hotel in the heart of Grantham. Having flown in from the US and wanting an early check in, I was told no rooms were ready. When pressed, receptionist said I could pay $10 an hour for early check and hey presto a room was suddenly available... I found this very disappointing and distasteful customer experience. "

Room was well laid out, clean and a good size for city hotel, breakfast was really good food need to go back to try the restaurant and see more of Lincoln."

"Overall the staff and accommodation was really good. For late arrivals like myself (9.10pm) they need to make it clear when booking that food finishes at 8 o’clock and last orders are 9.45 pm. Tge breakfast which was included in a really good price was wonderful. "
