"Stayed in judges court hotel for 2 days , we was in room 6 with the roll top bath , room was lovely could not fault and the reception staff were welcoming . Had everything we needed also close by to the shops . Me and my partner were doing our paranormal investigations in our room and safe to say quite a few spirits came through especially the little boy named William who sits on the chair in the reception 👻. Haven’t been to York since I was a child and now returning 22 years later it’s fun knowing the history of York and it’s very interesting. We would highly recommend this hotel it’s was a great experience. "

"Anna on reception was first rate….. allowed an early check in and went out of her way to ensure we had a good stay. Location is perfect for exploring York, near the Minster and walking distance to all attractions and bars."

"Love the size of the rooms and the large bathrooms beds very comfortable bedding well laundered. Near to town centre overall can’t find any fault ,well thought out hotel "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of a nightmare as its so busy and not just for hotel guests. Hotel has some beautiful features. Our room was very large and comfortable, a little tired in places but that is the usual when you book a dog room. The dog bed and bowl was a nice touch. Food was very nice. I would 100% stay again."
