"The house is a very solidly built and is quite well appointed inside. There is air-conditioning only in the one larger bedroom downstairs; the room up on the mezzanine has only a ceiling fan and tends to stay hot even with windows opened. There are bug screens on all doors and windows and the door hardware is incredibly solid and the house can be zipped up very securely.
