"I’m afraid that the property was dirty on arrival. The space did not look as if it had been used for some time. The windows only opened with some effort and were unclean. The small balcony is in a poor condition and you would not want to sit out there. There was an additional charge for cleaning which we did not note in the terms which was our fault.
