We stayed in the second floor apartments and whilst they were nice, our friends downstairs had a lot more updated technology and appliances! Loved the weighted blankets on the beds. Staff were nice and accommodating. Would happily stay again!"

"We arrived at 1945, check in was advertised as 2000 close, no one around, knocked on a couple of doors and looked around then a guy appeared and said your key is in your room, as if we should know what he meant…we had no email so didn’t know our room number. Apart from that pretty good place, very close to everything in the centre, all clean and tidy if a little dated…."

"5-10 minute walk to town. Time dependent on whether you are walking down or back up. :) Spacious room. Motel area, so people always coming/going on the street. But very convenient if you don't have a car. Would gladly stay here again."

"We loved our stay at the waterfront. We were warned about ongoing renovation work on the exterior of the building, but it didn't affect our stay at all. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Two bathrooms came in handy. There was a convenience store close by, so we were able to grab the essentials when we arrived. There is free parking, but it's rather tight for SUVs. The staff were all welcoming. The view from the third floor was very nice (2 bedroom apartment). We will stay...

"Great spot , easy walk to town, plenty to choose from food wise. A little construction going on atm , so first morning was noisy. Manager kindly moved us to a courtyard room, very cosy. Would return no problem "

"Great location with Queenstown CBD just across the street. Beautiful views of the mountains. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Executive suite and it was very spacious. My only negatives would be that inside could use with a revamp and mattresses need to be replaced however would definitely come stay their again. Staff are very friendly and property outside is really well Maintained. "
