"After a LONG trip, we dragged into the lobby and Inga was amazing. She upgraded our room (to Accessible - we're old and must have looked awful) with a view over the harbor to Bryggen. The room was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good quality with relaxed seating. Central location made extensive walks around the city very comfortable. Happily booked another two nights to recover after our 12-day Hurtigruten voyage."

"Hotel is just a short walk to the airport. Very quiet room and comfortable. Everything done to simplify things (and reduce costs) for the hotel like self booking in, clearing own tray at breakfast (like Ikea) but staff on hand if any issues. The breakfast is fantastic with huge variety of hot and cold."

Gave me a lovely send off .Frederick at the bar was professional, hard working and knowledgeable. The Breakfast was amazing with the choice , quality considering how many residents they had staying. All in all I didn't say goodbye, just until we meet again. "
