"There were some lovely aspects about this stay: Erin’s massage, the orufu hot tub, the ginger pussycat that occasionally visited and the stars seen through the skylights. Unfortunately the fp was not functioning and we had wanted this for our time away. The water pressure was too low, if we had known we would have adjusted our times (begin filling the bath 3/4h in advance). The dishwasher was very loud, did not dry the dishes, nor was conveniently placed being way too high. Mark had...

"This is the second time we stayed at Manna house, the other being in the summer and it was another wonderful stay. Both stays were lovely, our favourite however was our winter stay as there was a real feeling of coziness as the snow was on the ground as we looked over the water from the cedar hot tub. "It is a beautiful location on a stunning private lake. The lake was larger than I pictured and was like glass for paddle boarding. The kids had fun swimming and catching little fish. The house had comfortable beds and was clean and had all the amenities. Was enjoyable and would come again for sure! Just minutes away from Lake Cowichan town. Highly recommend!"

"clean unit with recent updates. staff were helpful and very friendly. great for smaller children and young teens. some of the campsites seem unkept in relation to the rest of the property. we watched them clean the pool which due to our short stay we didnt get to use."

"The only thing i didn’t like about this stay was that the room was DEFINITELY not cleaned. Dried food on the drawer pulls, fridge handle, and a boat load of dust and food in the corners of the room. I cleaned it before I could sleep. Other than that it was great. No restaurant. "
