"This place was lovely. Front desk staff kind and helpful. It's not in the touristy neighbourhood which is great - there's lovely coffee shops and bars a ten minute walk away, and the street below has groceries and thrift stores. The room was lovely and the hotel was great."

"at check in owner took a refundable cash deposit & added city tax & cleaning charges without providing a receipt. confirmed this would be provided on check out. in the apt blinds were broken & she promised to repair, which was done 2 days later & then on the 3rd day she came in & removed the blinds entirely. duration of our stay the office was closed & on check out there was no one at the office to provide our refund. We had to request our guide who lived in Lisbon to HOUND the hotel & only...
