Con’s: no elevator (request 2 floor), you can hear subway passing through, not much fast food options within walking distance, no access to outside area or common kitchen 12:30am-8:30am, strong laundry/cleaners used by cleaning staff."

"at check in owner took a refundable cash deposit & added city tax & cleaning charges without providing a receipt. confirmed this would be provided on check out. in the apt blinds were broken & she promised to repair, which was done 2 days later & then on the 3rd day she came in & removed the blinds entirely. duration of our stay the office was closed & on check out there was no one at the office to provide our refund. We had to request our guide who lived in Lisbon to HOUND the hotel & only...
