"at check in owner took a refundable cash deposit & added city tax & cleaning charges without providing a receipt. confirmed this would be provided on check out. in the apt blinds were broken & she promised to repair, which was done 2 days later & then on the 3rd day she came in & removed the blinds entirely. duration of our stay the office was closed & on check out there was no one at the office to provide our refund. We had to request our guide who lived in Lisbon to HOUND the hotel & only...

"Location is not bad. In a residential area within close proximity to the city centre. Gym is terrible and designed in-functionally. Cleanliness is okay but it was some dusty. The bed was two double bed connected to one another. The middle section was annoying. "

But I have to say I am nearly 60 years old and have stayed in many hotels worldwide over the years but this was the worst breakfast I've ever had anywhere. I don't like to leave bad reviews but just being honest on this point."
