"Room was lovely and clean if a little on the small side. Perfect for myself. Good TV variety if that’s your thing. Staff were polite and professional. A short walk from Intendente Metro station, and the famous tram 28 has a stop just outside. Area around it needs a bit of TLC, however, good restaurant and coffee shops close by. All in all a great hotel for a weekend break.."

"Very helpful, hospitable and accommodating staff! Anything that we needed or wanted was taken care of. Breakfast was delicious! The hallways were a little noisy at times. Rooms could use a little updating. Ours had ants. The bed was extremely hard. "

"Major issue, and this is why I would not give it 5 stars. For a 4-star hotel, not to have free water and coffee 24/7 in room or lobby is inexcusable and irresponsible. We could not believe that this situation existed. Otherwise, the staff was absolutely great and everything else were excellent. "

"Excellent stay at the property. The room was super clean and comfortable. The bathroom as well. My notes are just the lack of light but that's not enough to take a star off. Now, I removed a star from Staff just because of the cleaner that was shouting on her phone while cleaning the room opposite to mine. I could hear the whole conversation, and not only that, the housekeeping team shouts to each other asking if the other has XYZ... Very unconsidered of guests. Everyone at the desk was great...
