"Location is absolutely perfect. Our apartment looked over the Place des Heros and the town’s beffroi. However a few things need to be improved. We booked for 4 adults and we were given just one bath towel. There was loads of dirt and built up dust on surfaces, along baseboards, and under the sofa bed when we opened it. "Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Superb location, easy walk into the Grand Place. Room comfortable. Take advantage of the parking in the hotel if you can - brilliant. Avoid the restaurant. Over priced food, served in heated up dishes, a real disappointment for a four star hotel. Plenty of good eateries within walking distance with better fresh food and a great atmosphere. "
