Travelling from UK to Italy and stopped here for the night. We arrived at 11pm and needed a code to access the secure parking and hotel itself. Go to your expedia itinerary for this, not your email. Easy to access the car park and room once you have it. No staff were present. Our family room was clean and comfortable and just what we needed for one night before hitting the road again. Shower was great too. Didn't try the breakfast but looked like the typical continental style. Aldi and a bakery within walking distance.

The hotel was fine, met our needs well. What was not fine was how the staff handled the internet outage that left them unable to check us in. The employee let us stand there for 15 minutes without even telling us what was going on, then just said, "sorry, I can access anything. I can't do anything". No apologies, no attempts to explain what was going on, no attempts to figure out a way to get us into our room that we had already paid for, no timelines. It was 9pm and the outage had already been going in for 1.5 hours, and we had 2 small children with us. Then his boss showed up after I insisted he find a solution, and she was less apologetic than him. After another hour she happened to figure out that outdoor code was already printed off and we could have had access to our room all along. When I asked for free breakfast because of the trouble she looked at me like I was crazy.

Parfait pour faire une halte
Une chambre très propre et bien rénovée. Un système de sécurité rassurant avec parking fermé et accès par code + un vigil. Les enfants ont été ravi de découvrir leur chambre en mezzanine. La literie était de très bonne qualité. On entendait juste un peu le bruit d’une ventilation mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir comme des loirs. Beaucoup de restos à proximité et des boulangeries pour le p’tit déjeuner du lendemain car le prix sur place était un peu élevé à notre goût (8€/adulte et 4€/enfant). Un séjour agréable et qui convenait parfaitement à ce qu’on attend d’une nuit d’hôtel.

Pas de Clim il faisait 28 degré dans la chambre , nous n’avons presque pas pu dormir puis un bruit de la ventilation du couloir qui était à fond pour compenser la Clim en panne , bruit infernal, sincèrement jamais vu ça , pas un geste de l’hôtel petit dej offert ou autre !!

Nous regrettons une chambre à 4 avec peu dépasse de mouvement, peu de place pour déposer les affaires et pas assez de serviettes. Le petit déjeuner à 8.50€ ne mérite pas le prix. Petit déjeuner trop industriel. L'accueil par une machine et des codes est très triste. Par contre, établissement propre.
