We would forget to inform the front desk about this as we rushed out every day to our scheduled activities and would arrive super tired so would forget to tell the front desk about this. Otherwise I assume they would have fixed it. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything else was good: clean, convenient (5 minutes or less walk to main train starion), close to some great bakeries and coffee places, and staff...

"The hotel owner and his staff were very helpful and accommodating during our stay. They went out of our way to assist with whatever we asked for, and the owner was very wuick to reply to my messages on Whatsapp. The place was clean and smelled fresh."
