"Clean and close to train"

"10/10 would recommend! Super close to the train station. Very clean and easy to get in to. More space then I was expecting which was a great surprise. "

"Property was easy to find from the train station, just had to keep double check the big wooden doors but was fine! Check in was something new to us! We didn’t see anyone! It was amazing! However if you don’t have signal or roaming on your phone I’m not sure how it would all work? Great location about 20min walk to “Christmas Alley” area and to the port it’s probably bout an hour but we did make several stops to get drinks as it was 36 degrees!! "The property manager was great! Parking was right across the street and although it was a bit pricey it was convenient. My friend and I were in a bind and at 6:15 I messaged the manager and by 7:45 he was able to have us accommodated! To anyone who isn’t familiar with city hotels, sometimes they’re located in not so obvious places as was this property, but it was actually pretty unique once we got inside! "

"The unit met my expectations as expected. The host was very approachable and easy to deal with. They also helped arrange a taxi to the airport. Only issue was around the neighbourhood whereby I did not feel comfortable leaving the unit in the evening."

"Family-run , make you feel very welcome, room is comfortable with niceties such as a common room where you can make coffee and tea, breakfast is good, coffee is awesome and service is superb. maybe a bit hard to find, entrance is solo, but the location is absolutely super convenient to the train station or the airport shuttle. "We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. It was walking distance to everything we needed. The receptionist was excellent. He had a map with many points of interest marked down for us. He also reserved our airport taxi for us for early morning. I loved the old style building with the beautiful door, and stairs going up and was thrilled to have the lift option for our luggage. I highly recommend this place."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The host was attentive and helpful. The area around the hotel was a bit of a surprise coming from Florence. Busy with traffic noise, graffiti and rubbish and dog poop everywhere but the area grows on you. Overall very satisfied with our visit. Easy 15 minute walk to the train station. "

"The area and the building that the unit was in was sketchy and the walk from the train station to the property was pretty scary. Once inside the unit, it was fine and the bed was very comfortable. However, the locks on the doors were just skeleton keys and there was no deadbolt or burglar lock. We did go downstairs to eat late and there were a few restaurants that looked good and we had some really good pizza."

"Nice place, very close to the train station, lots of things to eat around. Nice setting, have in mind that the ceiling is short distance from the bed if you're standing. Found a little hard to get there and to communicate with the staff once I was there."

"There is no front desk but the staff was quick to help us and get us in a room. The room was large and clean. The shower water pressure was very low. It was hard to wash your hair. The staff was very nice and informative. The area is very busy and it is very loud but you are close to the train station and plenty of shops and restaurants."
