"Property is great but surrounding area is terrible. Very remote and felt unsecured for walking to and from metro station near by. Not easy to get around. "

"Had a wonderful stay. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fast room service. They clean your room daily. Not too many eating places within walking distance.. there are a few but you have to uber/drive. Closest train station is Napoli Centrale (about 15euros in uber/taxi). We had pre-paid for 5nights but had to leave after 4 for personal reasons and the hotel staff was really nice and took off the city tax from our final bill."

"When I arrived to H22 after dark, I felt that I needed to head to the entrance quickly, being that the hotel is situated across from the train station and there could’ve been characters lurking about. Being a single woman, carrying luggage, I had reason to be alert. The directions for entering the building were clearly given through video and I made my way through the battered wooden front gate up the stairs to the second floor. The Receptionist was very friendly and professional and she led me to a perfectly appointed room. It was clean, very comfortable, and I felt very well cared for. It even had a small balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the plaza. After checking in, I found a restaurant next door that had great food and I relaxed there before settling in for the night. I would recommend this hotel. Just be mindful of your surroundings and be confident when approaching the building. H22 has the character of old Italy, and when upstairs in the hotel, there is a delightful charm leading down the hall to the room. "

Hotel is located close to the metro station and not far from the airport. Great spot to rest if you’re planning on busy sightseeing. The metro is nice and clean. The train station is not far either. The sitting area outside the hotel is very nice too. "

"An excellent hotel in Portici with upscale, modern, and impeccably clean rooms. The on-site dining was outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. While located outside of Naples, the hotel provided a convenient base for exploring Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, which were our main destinations. Their shuttle service made transportation seamless. I would gladly stay here again on a future visit."
