"The actual room and common area to get to rooms was very very clean! I really appreciated that. However, they didn’t listen to the do not disturb sign. I don’t really like people touching my stuff so this was a little bit annoying. The property is about 3 blocks from the breakfast place and they give you tickets for a free coffe and croissant each morning. The breakfast place is in a nicer area because it’s very close to the main train station, but where the actual place is, is NOT a nice area....

"The room was fine, it’s a 1st floor on a busy street so a bit noisy. The staff were shouting for about an hour while cleaning at 10am which was not helpful when I really needed a rest. The shower was small and a bit janky, the pillows were hard, but the mattress was nice; I could have used an extra blanket. "For the price this accommodation is excellent. We were able to check in early, Simone stayed in touch throughout our stay. Breakfast is what you’d expect in Italy. The cafe is just on the next corner easy to find. You can’t miss it. B&B was very easy to find. Communication via email and WhatsApp before arrival was excellent and gave all the details and instructions needed. The security is excellent. It was quite the walk with bags to the actual building we were staying at. "We spent 4 days in Naples. A nice city, but definitely quite disgusting with garbage everywhere. The highlight and most welcoming point of our stay was N'Art. Just a wonderful place. Biggest rooms in Europe, we've stayed in dozens of Euro hotels, biggest, most well appointed rooms we've enjoyed. Staff was incredible, communicated extremely well with us.
